描述: 跟周校长一起学𬌗学，今天聊聊什么是正中关系，关于CR（Centric Relation） 正中关系为独立于牙齿接触的上下颌关系，在此位髁突位于关节窝的前上位，抵于关节结节的后斜面。下颌限于做单纯的铰链旋转运动，是临床有用的可重复的参考位置，centric relation: acronym is CR; a maxillomandibular relationship, independent of tooth contact, in which the condyles articulate in the anterior-superior position against the posterior slopes of the articular eminences; in this position, the mandible is restricted to a purely rotary movement; from this unstrained, physiologic, maxillomandibular relationship, the patient can make vertical, lateral or protrusive movements; it is a clinically useful, repeatable reference position
